Thank you for choosing Nanu's Letters. We can't wait to send a little bit of magic to your child's mailbox.
Shipping Location
We currently ship within Australia only.
Mailing Schedule
Nanu's Letters are posted in a monthly mail-out during the final week of each month.
If you subscribe before the 20th of the month, your child will be included in the next scheduled mail-out. Subscriptions received after the 20th will begin with the following month's letter.
Processing Time
Each letter is personalised and prepared specifically for your child. Please allow sufficient time for preparation before the monthly mail-out.
Shipping Method
All letters are sent via Australia Post using standard mail services.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is included in the subscription price. There are no additional shipping fees for orders within Australia.
Delivery Time
Once posted, most letters arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays or due to postal service delays.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and a letter has already been posted we are unable to replace that month's letter. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please log into your account to change your address.
Address Changes
If you move or need to update your address, please update your account or contact us before the 20th of the month to ensure your next letter is sent to the correct address.
Lost or Damaged Letters
If your letter arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at hello@nanusletters.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement where appropriate.
Changes to this Policy
Nanu's Letters reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately.
