Refund Policy 

We want every letter from Nanu to arrive safely and bring a little bit of magic to your home.

Damaged or missing letters
If your letter arrives damaged or gets lost, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. 

Subscriptions & renewals
All subscriptions renew automatically. Your payment method will be charged at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us before your next billing date.

Refunds after renewal
If your subscription renews and you change your mind, please contact us within 30 days. We can refund any letters that have not yet been prepared or sent.
After this period, we can stop future renewals, but any remaining scheduled letters will still be delivered.

Longer subscriptions
For 6-month and 12-month subscriptions, refunds are not available after 30 days from the renewal date.

Shipping details
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and your letters are sent, we’re unable to offer a refund or new letter for that month. However, we will do our best to resend your letters to the correct address where possible.

Address changes
If you move, please update your address in your account or let us know as soon as possible. 

Cancellations
When you cancel your subscription, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can also check your account at any time to confirm your subscription status.
