When will my letter mail each month?
Nanu's Letters are posted in one monthly mail-out during the final week of each month.
If you subscribe before the 20th of the month, your child's first letter will be included in the next mail-out. Subscriptions received after the 20th will begin with the following month's letter.
All letters are posted from Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
What happens if I don’t receive my letter?
If you haven’t received your letter within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@nanusletters.com and we’ll help you sort it out.
What age group are these letters designed for?
Nanu's Letters are designed for curious children who love stories, imagination, creativity and adventure. Each letter includes simple, engaging missions that encourage children to create, explore and connect with the world around them.
Younger children may enjoy completing the missions with the support of a parent or caregiver, while older children can often explore them independently.
Do you mail letters internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so stay tuned for updates!
What can I expect in my letters?
Each month, your child will receive a beautifully illustrated letter from Nanu, inviting them on a new creative mission. Along the way, they'll discover imaginative prompts, simple hands-on activities, and opportunities to explore, create and wonder using everyday materials.
Designed to spark curiosity, creativity and connection, each letter encourages children to think imaginatively, solve problems, and engage with the world around them in meaningful ways.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.
To avoid your next renewal payment, cancellations must be made before your renewal date.
Please note:
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- 6-month subscriptions are charged upfront and renew automatically every 6 months until cancelled.
- 12-month subscriptions are charged upfront and renew automatically every 12 months until cancelled.
- Once a 6-month or 12-month subscription payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription will prevent future renewals but will not refund the current subscription period.
- Nanu's Letters are posted in a monthly mail-out. To ensure your child is not included in the next mail-out, cancellations should be made before the 20th of the month.
