When will my letter mail each month?
Once you sign up, we’ll send your first letter as soon as possible! Following that, each subsequent letter will be mailed on the 1st of every month. All letters are posted from Australia. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. All subscriptions are set to renew automatically and will resume until you cancel the subscription.
What happens if I don’t receive my letter?
If you haven’t received your letter within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at nanusletters@outlook.com and we’ll help you sort it out.
What age group are these letters designed for?
Nanu’s letters are designed for children aged 3-8 years, encouraging imagination, creativity, and connection with simple, safe activities. Parents or guardians are encouraged to join in on the fun, making it a wonderful bonding experience!
Do you mail letters internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so stay tuned for updates!
What can I expect in my letters?

Can I cancel any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, by logging into your account. If you’re on a subscription, you can cancel before your next renewal date to stop future charges. If you need assistance, please email us. Please refer to our Refund policy for further information.
- For monthly subscriptions, your subscription will renew on a monthly basis until you cancel.
- For 6 monthly subscriptions, your subscriptions will renew every 6 months until you cancel.
- For yearly subscriptions, your subscription will renew every 12 month until you cancel.
