When will my letter mail each month?
Once you sign up, we’ll send your first letter as soon as possible! Following that, each subsequent letter will be mailed on the 1st of every month. All letters are posted from Australia. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

What happens if I don’t receive my letter?
If you haven’t received your letter within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at nanusletters@outlook.com and we’ll help you sort it out.

What age group are these letters designed for?
Nanu’s letters are designed for children aged 3-8 years, encouraging imagination, creativity, and connection with simple, safe activities. Parents or guardians are encouraged to join in on the fun, making it a wonderful bonding experience!

Do you mail letters internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

What can I expect in my letters?
Each letter is beautifully illustrated and invites your child on a new mission with Nanu, filled with creative tasks and small adventures. The letters are designed to spark curiosity, problem-solving, and imaginative thinking.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you’re on a subscription, you can cancel before your next renewal date to stop future charges. For monthly subscriptions, the renewal date is the 1st of each month. For a 6-month subscription, the renewal date would be six months from your initial sign-up.
